Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need an estate plan maintenance program?
Because life changes. Most estate plans become outdated within 3–5 years. This program ensures your documents stay accurate, up to date, legally correct, and aligned with your current wishes.
Can’t I just call when I need an update?
You can, but without regular reviews, important updates get missed. Changes in assets, relationships, beneficiaries, accounts, and laws often go unnoticed. This program prevents gaps.
What counts as an “unlimited update”?
Anything related to your estate plan: beneficiaries, assets, addresses, executor selections, digital accounts, powers of attorney, guardians, property changes, and more.
What if I don’t need any changes one year?
Great! We’ll simply confirm that everything is still accurate — and we’ll document the review for your records.
What digital assets are included?
Photos, cloud storage, emails, messages, social media accounts, subscription services, online banking, cryptocurrency, and more.
How long does the annual review take?
Typically 45–60 minutes.
Is this tax or investment advice?
No. I coordinate with your advisors, but I do not provide tax or financial planning advice.
What if I need help urgently?
Different tiers include priority access — meaning you can reach me quickly if something changes unexpectedly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — the program is billed annually, but you can cancel at any renewal period.
